‍1. Sponsor This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Colin & Samir LLC., Venice, California (“Sponsor”)
‍2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
‍3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins on February 17th 12:00 pm PST and ends on February 21st at 11:59 pm PST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
‍4. How to Enter Eligible individuals may enter by subscribing to the Sponsor’s email newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period via the official entry form at: [ENTRY URL]Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries or automated entries are void.No purchase necessary. You may also enter by sending your name and email address to @ColinandSamir on instagram via automated DM sequence by commenting on This Post during the Sweepstakes Period. 
‍5. Prize One (1) winner will receive:
• MacBook Pro laptop (approximate retail value: $1,700 USD)Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
‍6. Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
‍7. Winner Selection and Notification One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within approximately seven (7) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.Winner will be notified via the email address used to enter.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
‍8. Publicity By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
‍9. Release By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and platform partners (including Instagram, YouTube, and Substack) from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Apple, Instagram, YouTube, or any platform.
‍10. Privacy Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
‍12. Governing Law The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
‍13. Winner List To request the winner’s name, email: course@colinandsamir.com with subject line “MacBook Pro Giveaway Winner Request” within 60 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
